The weekend leading up to the annual E3 conference is a time for gaming companies to showcase their latest title updates and new game launches. Bethesda Softworks does just this and more year after year and continues to give their loyal fans an experience they won't forget.
From 2017 - 2019, fans, influencers and media alike were invited to a live showcase and after-party where select titles were taken off the screen and brought to life. Working alongside the client team, we used every event touchpoint to honor the games in a way that connected the guests to the brand on a deeper level. We built out game-play areas, produced organic photo moments, gave away limited edition swag and created experiences that brought the fans together far beyond the digital realm.
*In 2017 we took over the streets of Los Angeles Center Studios and built out nine separate worlds representing each of the nine different game titles and created Bethesda’s own Bethesdaland. We brought in a branded ferris wheel, delivered private In-N-Out Burger food trucks and produced a live surprise concert by The Chainsmokers.
